She was born in Kazakhstan in 1938, and lived a short time in the Ukraine before moving to the United States 16 years ago.
She was a member of Cleveland Church of Evangelical faith.
She was survived by her husband, Yaruslav Levitsky and one daughter, Larisa Melmikov, both of Cleveland; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A Remembrance of Life service will be held from 6:30 until 8:30 this evening, Oct. 2013, at the Dixon Center of the North Cleveland Church of God and also 11 a.m. Saturday morning at the North Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Pastor Boris Balan officiating.
Interment will follow in Lee Cemetery in McDonald.
