Dr. James Marcum, board certified cardiologist with the Chattanooga Heart Institute, was the guest speaker at a recent meeting of the National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees. He explained his role to attendees as the director of "Heartwise Ministeries," that airs on over 400 radio stations nationwide. He also addressed "The Heart of Health Live, a TV program that he hosts which is broadcast on local secular and Christian TV.
