Wandra Paulette Mee, 64, a former resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, at her residence.

She was born in Cleveland to the late Pauline Craven and William Hickey.

She professed her faith in Jesus Christ at a very young age and was a member of St. James Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America, where she attended until she became ill.

She retired from Denny’s’s Restaurant, where she was employed for more than 20 years.

She enjoyed attending and watching her children play sports, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and one of her favorite T.V. shows was the Sifi channel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Stanley Hickey; her sister and brother-in-law: Elaine (Jim) Hackett.

She is survived by her daughters: Edwinna D. (Allen E.) Amos of Nashville, and Yolanda N. Mee of Cleveland; her sons: Kenneth C. (Kimberly) Mee Jr. of North Carolina, Darmell L. Mee, Rondazz J.Mee, and Lebron D. “Charlie” Mee, all of Cleveland; her grandchildren: Xavier Kenneth Mee, M’Kenzie D. Mee, Micale B. Mee, Allendria K. Amos, Myric J. Amos, Rondazz J. Mee, Jr., Coleon D. Mee, Jamiya A. Mee, Jamari A. Mee, Monique K. Mee; her sisters: Beverly (Edward) Wells, Benita Hickey, and Phyllis (Timothy) Miller, all of Cleveland; her brothers: Monroe Johnson of Cleveland, Andre Johnson and Larry Hickey, both of Cleveland, Dwight (Nettie) Clemons of Florida; other relatives and many friends who will miss her dearly including her devoted friends, Alice Turner and Carla Whaley.

The body may be viewed Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m at Patton Funeral Home Chapel, 265 Fair Street S.E., Cleveland, TN.

The family will receive friend Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at 6 p.m, with the service to follow at 7 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Edward S. Robinson, pastor, the Rev. Rhonda S. Westfield of St. James CPCA will be the eulogist.

Interment will be held Friday, Dec. 20 2013, at 10 a.m. at Fort Hill Cemetery.
