Katie Smith of Cleveland and Jason Wise of Clarksville exchanged wedding vows in an afternoon ceremony on Oct. 5, 2013, at Owen Farm in Chapmansboro.

The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Kathy Smith of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of the late George and Margaret Smith, Clairece King of Albany, Ga., and the late Layfette King.

The bridegroom is the son of Scott and Lisa Wise of Clarksville. He is the grandson of Betty Wise and Frazer and Doris-Jean Driver, all of Clarksville.

The wedding was officiated by Dr. Tristan Denley. The bride was presented in marriage by her parents.

Alice Smith of Cleveland, the bride’s sister, was her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Tabitha Parchman of Cleveland, Hannah Hardiman of Spring Hill, Miller Hunt of Nashville and Aliyah Wise of Clarksville, the bridegroom’s sister.

Brian Cholewa of Madison, Wis., served as best man to the bridegroom. Groomsmen included Chris McBrayer of Franklin, Brandon Campbell of Virginia Beach, Va., the bridegroom’s brother Connor Wise of Clarksville and the bride’s brother Bradley Smith of Cleveland. Ushers were Mason Oran of Cleveland and Eli Bock of Clarksville.

Madison Oran of Cleveland was flower girl and the bridegroom’s brother Holden Wise of Clarksville was ring bearer.

The parents of the bride gave the reception at Owen Farm. Chloe Denley attended the bride’s book.

After a wedding trip to Mexico, the couple is at home in Nashville.
