The bride is the daughter of Joe and Nell Edwards of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of the late George and Lorene Green and the late Harle and Ione Edwards.
The bridegroom is the son of Louis and Carol Roberts and Gary and Judy Gilliam, all of Nashville. He is the grandson of Clarice Collins, the late Ed Collins and the late Samuel and Elizabeth Gilliam.
The wedding was officiated by Pastor Randall Jackson of Covenant Baptist Church in Brentwood.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Leslie Norman of Nashville, as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Anna Carden of Cleveland, Courtney Corlew of Nashville, Allison D'Ottavio of Yorktown Heights, N.Y., and Sarah Jones and Sarah Jane Moore, both of Nashville. Sara Montgomery attended the bride, also, reading a verse during the ceremony.
The bridegroom's older brother, Michael Gilliam of Nashville, served as best man. Groomsmen were Scott D’Ottavio of Yorktown Heights, Ryan McCoy, Todd Norman, and Justin Spears, all of Nashville and Bradley Yandle of Austin, Texas. Ushers were Ben Schaedle and Bryan Titus, both of Nashville.
The bride's niece Copeland Norman served as flower girl, and the bridegroom's nephew Noah D’Ottavio was the ring bearer. The wedding party also included the couple’s dog, Webster, as “Best Dog.”
The reception was given by the parents of the bride under a pavilion on the grounds of the historic Riverwood Mansion.
After a wedding trip in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the couple is back at home in Nashville.
