Higdon said she is excited to be a part of such a quality organization and she believes this will be a long and lasting relationship.
Higdon is anxious to find homes aht meet you family’s needs and to assist in selling your current home for you to relocate or to downsize.
Higdon holds a bachelor of arts degree from Tennessee Wesleyan College and a master of Public Administration degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
She is a member of the American Society of Public Administrators and the Humane Society of the United States.
She and her husband, Don, are members of Trinity United Methodist Church of Athens where she serves on the stewardship committee.
The Higdons reside in Engle wood with their six-member adopted pet family.
Higdon stated that her interest in real estate began when her late father started building homes in McMinn County.
She has been in public service for more than 35 years and she has now decided to pursue her passion for real estate.
Higdon said that one of the biggest decisions a person makes in his or her life is the type and location of their home.
“It will be a great pleasure to work with buyers and sellers to realize this dream,” Higdon said.
