Cleveland State Community College hosted Dr. Freeman Hrabowski, III. to campus on Thursday for the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration ceremony. A child leader in the Civil Rights Movement, Hrabowski was prominently featured in Spike Lee's 1997 documentary, “Four Little Girls,” on the racially motivated bombing of Birmingham's Sixteenth Street Baptist Church in 1963. Time magazine named Hrabowski one of America's 10 Best College Presidents in 2009 and one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2012.
