Billie Dawn Smith, 71, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014.
She was born on April 19, 1942, to the late William and Beulah Raines.
She was a resident of the Cleveland area for the past 40 years. She was very family oriented, spending lots of time loving and caring for her family. She also loved fishing, camping and playing cards.
In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by one sister, Joanne Williams.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters: Angie Woodman (Michael) and Vicky Dale (Adam); one son, Wayne Smith; two sisters: Charlene Bell of Humboldt and Shirley Murphree of Germantown; six grandchildren: Cullen (Amanda), Marcus, Tiffany, Christa, Preston and Dustin; five great-grandchildren: Titan, Ryan, Bentley, Ameleah and Landyn; three stepgrandchildren: Raleigh, Kayla and Veronica; and several special nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. today, Feb. 18, 2014, at Big Spring Baptist Church, 1415 Hardwick Street SE, Cleveland, TN 37311, with the Rev. Freddie Peels officiating.
