Singing and auction to aid Farmers

A benefit singing and auction is being held Saturday at 5 p.m., at Polk County High School gym for Danny and Sheila Farmer.

Farmer was hospitalized in December at SkyRidge Medical Center. After complications from surgery, he spent many weeks in the hospital. He was then transported to Erlanger Medical Center.

The benefit is designed to help cover medical expenses and loss of wage for his family.

Farmer is a member of and piano player for Ocoee Baptist Church. He sings with the Ocoee Trio.

Special singers at the benefit will be the Liberty Boys, Mark Stinnett and the Farmer Family.
