Cindi Richardson has been a full-time agent since 1999. She has worked tirelessly to build a strong client base. Richardson has been the most producing agent since 2010 with her former company.
Named Cleveland’s “Best of the Best” in both 2012 and 2013, Richardson and her team strive to stay at the forefront of an ever changing real estate market.
Richardson’s husband Bryan, a native of East Tennessee, joined her in 2011 and The Richardson Team was created. Last year, The Richardson Team, which consists of four full-time agents, in addition to full-time support staff, averaged one home sold every three days.
“This was a move that came with tremendous thought. I am always looking for ways to grow my business, while keeping my focus on being customer oriented to ensure they receive the very best service,” she said.

A licensed Realtor since 1999, Richardson is a member of River Counties and Chattanooga Association of Realtors as well as the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce.
She had a successful management career in the retail industry before deciding in 1999 to try her hand in real estate. Richardson has built a strong client base and developed long lasting relationships with her clients.
n Bryan Richardson grew up in East Tennessee area and played football at Carson Newman College. He spent more than 20 years in retail management/home improvement and has extensive knowledge of the home building process.
He i is willing to go the extra mile to take care of his clients. This along with years of customer service experience has allowed him to transition seamlessly to a real estate career.
An avid Tennessee Vols fan, Bryan Richardson loves to attend games and spend time with his family. He and Cindi are members of First United Methodist Church and have one son, Jordan.
n A former real estate marketing director for Tennessee and North Georgia, Priscilla Smith joined the Richardson Team in 2013 as a full-time afilliate broker.
Prior to joining the team, Smith worked as a paralegal for 10 years in Pensacola Florida. She was recognized by the White House in 2012 as a forming member of BRACE, an emergency management organization, for being a “Best Practice” organization.
“I have a very broad set of skills including marketing, public relations, event coordination, large scale financial transaction management, graphic design, project development and many more,” adds Priscilla.
“These are great skills for an agent to have, and I believe they will be a huge advantage to my clients and to myself to help me become a successful top producing Realtor.”
n PJ MCCay is a Cleveland native who attended Bradley County High School. He received his bachelor's degree in psychology and construction management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
He is passionate about helping others and enjoys renovating homes in his free time.
Our resident “flip this house” expert, McCoy has bought, rehabbed, and sold several properties, doing the majority of the work himself. This hands-on knowledge, along with a keen eye for detail is invaluable in helping clients throughout the buying process.
n Caysa Elliot was born and raised in Cleveland and attended Bradley Central High Schools. After graduation she attended Chattanooga State and spent many years in the child care industry before earning her Tennessee real estate license and joining the Richardson Team in 2012.
Elliott handles the logistics of the day-to-day operations of The Richardson Team as the ofilce manager. She and her husband Jason are the proud parents of one son, Parks.
n Jessy Nieves was born in New Jersey, but spent most of her childhood in Puerto Rico. She found her way to Cleveland to attend Lee University where she studied IT and telecommunications.
Nieves joined The Richardson Team in 2012 as the Internet marketing specialist. From monitoring websites to making brochures, she makes sure that each of the team listings is marketed exceptionally on both the Internet as well as in print.
Chandler Flowers was born and raised in Cleveland and is a graduate of BCHS. She helped run the family business and has recently brought her marketing expertise to the team. Flowers keeps the sellers informed at all times of their marketing and activities.
From scheduling appointments to making sure files are in order, she is an integral part of the team. Flowers lives in Cleveland and is the proud mother to Marley.
