WEIRD Vacation Bible School, “where Jesus’ love is one-of-a-kind,” will be June 3 through 6 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at The Salvation Army, 437 Inman St. WEIRD will teach kids ages 5 through 12 how God filled the world with a lot of crazy creatures ... including them. WEIRD will remind kids that “when they feel weird, different or even lost in a crowd, nothing compares to the extraordinary love of Jesus.” Register kids by calling 423-308-3467. New Hope Church of the Nazarene, 2018 Washington Ave., will have Vacation Bible School, Saturday, May 31. Registration will be at 10:30 a.m., and the school will be from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. It will be for preschool through sixth grade.
