Terry Gaston, 59, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at the family residence.
He was the son of the late Billy Gaston and Louise Allison.
He was founder and president of Southern Autorack. His children were the love of his life, and being an avid sports fan he coached his sons in football, baseball and even soccer. He was a loving husband, father and brother. He was a member of Mount Olive Church of God.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Melanie Gaston; his sons: Jared Gaston and his wife, Cassie, of Lebanon, and Clark Gaston of Phoenix; sister, Tonya Barger and her husband, Steve, of Cleveland; nephew and niece: Taylor and Alexia Thompson; aunt, Janet Rogers of Cleveland; and uncle and aunt, Ken and Judy Gaston of Cleveland.
A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Mount Olive Church of God, with Pastor Gary Sears officiating.
Pallbearers will be Steve Barger, Taylor Thompson, Jared Gaston, Clark Gaston, Mike Ferguson and Russell Coward. Honorary pallbearers will be George Ray St. John, Ray Grant and Adam Roberts.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Mount Olive.
