The Bradley County 4-H Office is offering an “Exploring 4-H Day Camp” for youth who have completed fourth and fifth grades, and would like to learn more about what the 4-H program offers.

The camp will be held July 15 and July 16, from 9 a.m. to noon at the UT Extension-Bradley Office at 95 Church St. S.E.

Participants will complete a variety of projects including cooking, gardening, crafts, canning, and maybe even learning about archery and how to shoot a bow.

A safety lesson will be taught first.

The cost of the day camp is $20 per person. Meals will not be provided.

Participation is limited and registration will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration forms for any of the camps are available at the 4-H Office or by emailing LMiddle2@utk.edu.

For more information or to receive a registration form, please contact Lynne Middleton, Robin Ramsey, or Kathryn Ervin at 423-728-7001.
