Super Powered 4-H Camp was the theme for the Polk County Junior 4-H camp which was held June 16 through 19 at Camp McCroy.More than 50 4-H members in grades four  through 12 from across the county enjoyed a camp full of exciting activities.  The camp offered classes on, Super Powered Wildlife, Solar Power, Plant Power with Photosynthesis, and Super Crafts. Campers also enjoyed normal camp activities such as field events, sports, talent show, water Olympics and just hanging out with friends.  As part of the theme the campers enjoyed a field trip to the American Museum of Science and energy where they learned about Energy and the making of the atomic bomb.
