Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is working with Morgan County officials on the death investigation, according to the Beaty family.
A small vigil named “Justice for Baby Levi” will be held at Fletcher Park tonight.
The vigil will begin at 7:30 p.m., at the park located on Tennessee Nursery Road.
A vigil is also planned in Morgan County Aug. 2, according to the family.
A Facebook page, “Justice for Baby Levi,” has also been established.
