Zion Hill Church marks its 20th anniversary

The Church of God Zion Hill, 193 Tillie Road N.E. will be celebrating 20 years of ministry on Sunday.

Guest speaker for the day will be Bishop Herman D. Ard, who was Zion Hill’s first pastor.

Special speakers for the afternoon service will include Bishop Ray Dupre, former state overseer of Tennessee; Bishop James R. Cox, state overseer of Tennessee; and Bishop Stephen Smith, general overseer of the Church of God.

The service begins at 10 a.m. with Sunday School followed by morning worship at 11 a.m. Lunch will follow the worship service.

At 2 p.m., there will be special singing and the guest speakers.

Pastor Harvey Anders and the congregation invite the public to come celebrate with them.
