Flora Alieen Moore Calfee, 74, of Ocoee, Tenn., passed away at her residence on Monday, Aug. 25, 2014, surrounded by her family.
She was the daughter of the late George W. and Eunice E. Moore of Ponce de Leon, Fla.
She is survived by her loving husband, Fuller Conrad Calfee Sr.
Alieen and Conrad started their love story in Ocoee, Fla. and are now ending their beautiful marriage of 55 years in Ocoee, Tenn.
She was the loving mother of daughters and son: Gwen E. Calfee Owens and Jackie S. Calfee, both of Ocoee, and Fuller Conrad Calfee Jr. and fiancee, Terri DeShong, of Cleveland; loving grandmother of Jamey Owens and wife, Niki, of Cleveland and Amanda Lynn and husband, Scott, of Ocoee; and great-grandmother of Mali McKinney, McKenna Owens, Madison Lynn and Flora Sky Lynn.
She is also survive by siblings: Mary McGuire of Florida, Lovell and Nita Moore of Florida and Loreen Moore of Ocoee; sisters-in-law: Clara Davis of Tennessee, Louise Jones of Florida and Janet and the Rev. William Turner of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.
She worked at Watsons Tip Top for several years and also at Shaw No. 82 in Chatsworth, Ga.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday at Companion Funeral Home, 2419 Georgetown Road N.W.
A celebration of life service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, 2014.
A graveside service will follow at Chilcutt Cemetery and will conclude with a white dove release. Her brother-in-law, the Rev. William Turner, and nephews the Revs. Bo Turner and Lance Turner will be officiating.
