Senior Jonny Davis netted four goals in Tuesday evening’s victory, including the match’s first goal at the 13:45 mark. The ball struck the far post and deflected into the goal.Sophomore Miles Christian added a pair of goals, including one on a free kick, while senior Tyler Brock netted the other Bear score.
“We did a good job defensively as well and Cesar Resindez only had to make a couple of saves,” Coach McKinney explained.
“Tyler Maroon headed up our defense for the first half and part of the second and then we swapped him and Miles,” she added. “Tyler does a great job and doesn’t get enough credit.”
