Reports indicated Jordan Allen Hicks, 19, was arrested for allegedly possessing 25 hydrodocone pills without a prescription.
Reports indicated Hicks was stopped on Dalton Pike for a disconnected muffler.
Hicks reportedly gave deputies consent to search his vehicle. The prescription pill bottle containing the pills was found underneath Hick’s seat. The label was peeled off from the bottle.
Hicks was charged with possession of a Schedule IV drug.

A weed-eater and leaf-blower were reported stolen from a resident on the 200 block of Ball Road Wednesday. The items were valued at $470.
Car parts, swimming pool equipment and other items were reported stolen from a residence on the 400 block of Kirby Drive Tuesday. Police records indicated Marvin Sneed told deputies an unknown person removed 10 radiators, two Honda transmissions, a swimming pool pump and a storage trailer from his property. The items were valued at $4,600.
The Oasis Travel Center was reportedly burglarized Wednesday. Reports indicated an unknown person allegedly broke into the business and stole safes containing more than $6,700. The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigative Division is investigating the case.
