Cleveland Utilities will pave Westside Drive, 18th Street, Douglas Circle, and Ridgeview Drive beginning today.
Westside Drive will be closed to through traffic from 18th Street to Harrison Pike today.
The other areas will have temporary road closures Wednesday thru Friday and will be open only to local traffic.
