Randolph has 22 years in the automobile industry and for two years worked with Citibank Auto Finance and spent six years with Capital One Auto Finance. A Bradley Central High School graduate, he attended MTSU and Tennessee Tech.
He and his wife Kristy have two children: Savannah and Kyndall. The family attends Grace Point Church.

Jones brings more than 30 years experience in automobile sales to Don Ledford Automotive Center. Jones spent three decades with Hall Chevrolet, a dealership that began over 60 years ago in Cleveland, closing in late 2009.
Jones and wife Kathy have three children: Darel, Dana and Jessica.
Jones said he is pleased to be a part of the sales team at Don Ledford Automotive Center.
“Everyone here at Don Ledford Automotive has welcomed me and I look forward to seeing my former customers and friends in the future,” Jones said.
Jones said he had been impressed with the show of support from the community as the family-owned dealership worked to regain its GM franchieses.
Debbie Ledford Melton, general manger and partner, said the dealership is pleased to have two men of the caliber and experience of Randolph and Jones joining the team.
“Harold has 30 years experience selling GM vehicles while at Hall Chevrolet. He knows the product and he has made many friends and loyal customers over the years. We are glad he is now a part of our family of employees.”
She noted Randolph is a native Clevelander and came on board at the dealership “ready to go to work.”
“Todd has a terrific knowledge of the industry and the finance opportunities and availabiities. He is already becoming a tremedous asset to our customers as he works with them through their financing needs.”
