The youth from St. Therese, OLPH in Chattanooga, All Saints in Knoxville, St. John Newman in Farragut and Our Lady of Peace in Darien, Ill., are planning the trip.
The Cajun dinner will be prepared by Louisiana chef Bertin Kurtz. The menu will include Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya, apple smoked pork loin with homemade pineapple and ginger jam, Zydeco green beans, Corn Mocque Choux and bread pudding with whiskey sauce.
Entertainment for the evening will be provided by Phil Nitz and the Shenanigans Improv Club, both groups from Lee University.
Reservations should be made by Tuesday at 476-8123. Tickets are $10 a person.
The Cajun dinner will be held at St. Therese Parish Life Center.
Donations are welcome.
The mission trip will be held July 13 through 28.
