REWARD — The Cleveland Police Department is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for vandalizing the old Bi-Lo grocery store located on Keith Street. The CPD reported unknown vandal(s) also damaged the same building with graffiti in April.
