Voters will have the opportunity to cast their selections for local and state offices, as well as federal positions, beginning today.

Early voting at three precincts began at 9 a.m.

Blythe-Bower, Bradley Square Mall and the Bradley County Elections Office in the Courthouse Annex are the three polling places established for voters to cast their ballots for sheriff, school board positions, County Commission seats, gubernatorial and congressional positions.

The local General and State Primary voting day is Aug. 5.

Voters have the opportunity to choose early until July 31.

Poll workers will be manning the polls Monday through Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., said Fran Green, Bradley County Elections administrator.
