The heat didn’t keep the first Arts Festival at the new First Street Square from offering entertainment, food and crafts. The Square is designed with a community stage, plenty of parking and green space. Stormy and Adrian Fisher, above, of Cleveland entertain on the stage Saturday afternoon.
