Ralph G. McGuire, 77 a lifelong resident of Bradley County, passed away Friday, July 30, 2010, in a health care facility in Athens.

He was a member of Community Hall Church.

He was a self-employed as a detailer of cars.

He was the son of the late Zeb and Martha Elizabeth Essener McGuire. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Ray Gene McGuire.

Survivors include his siblings: Mira Grace Frazier, Ruth Holcomb and Paul J. McGuire, all of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2010, at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Paul McGuire conducting the service.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
