The remodeled look features bold colors and eye-catching graphics that create an inviting and fun atmosphere that differs dramatically from the traditional Italian look created when Fazoli's was first developed 20 years ago.
The transformation includes a new service style, which is rare among quick service restaurants. Diners will now enjoy: Meals delivered to tables; real plates, silverware and glassware, rather than Styrofoam plates; paper cups and plastic utensils; and unlimited breadsticks delivered tableside.
“Time-challenged lifestyles are making the family meal an endangered species,” said Odus Mundy, representative from K&R Italian Corporation. “We want to be Cleveland's home plate for family meals, whether the family dines in or uses our carry out.”
“With this remodel, we made a substantial investment in this restaurant, in the community and in our associates,” Mundy added. “Table delivery of meals and fresh breadsticks, not to mention new kitchen procedures, required additional training. Major purchases, such as plates, silverware and glasses will reduce the restaurant's contribution to landfills, and the new décor makes everyone happy.”
K&R Italian operates two additional Fazoli’s restaurants, one in Chattanooga and one in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga.
Fazoli’s also has revamped its menu, which now features more fresh and flavorful items, but still at a great value.
An American family favorite for more than 20 years, Fazoli’s is a leading, next generation QSR franchise opportunity. With an all-new premium menu featuring freshly prepared Italian entrees, Submarinos® sandwiches and salads, along with a contemporary new restaurant design and fresh leadership, Fazoli’s is well positioned for growth. Already America’s largest Italian quick service chain with more than 220 restaurants, Fazoli’s is expanding in select markets throughout the country. Founded in Lexington, Ky., in 1989, Sun Capital Partners acquired Fazoli’s in 2006.
