The Cleveland Urban Transit System will not be running fixed route service Monday. Dialysis and Cancer treatment trips will be made. Full service will resume, Tuesday, Sept. 7 at 6 a.m.

The Bradley County Board of Education will conduct its regular meeting Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the administrative office building. A reception will be held at 4:30 p.m. to honor new teachers. New teachers will be recognized in an informal session at 5 p.m.

The meeting of the retired Ministers and Widows Association will be at Ooltewah Church of God at 10 a.m. Tuesday. The guest speaker will be the new state overseer, the Rev. Don Walker. Following the service there will be a covered dish meal in the church fellowship hall.
