Congratulations to Kelvin Wells, a sophomore at Walker Valley High School for receiving the Charter Business "Player of the Week" award for outstanding athletic achievement. Kelvin achieved 30 carries for 293 yards with 3 touchdowns, including one from 75 yards and one from 63 yards against Rhea County.
