Businesses and nonprofit organizations are invited to participant in the 23rd annual Halloween Block Party set for Sunday, Oct. 31, beginning at 5 p.m.

The Halloween Block Party is a long-standing downtown Cleveland tradition with an average attendance of more than 20,000.

It is a great fund raising opportunity for nonprofit organizations, schools, ball teams, and churches. Businesses can showcase their products and offer treats to thousands of area children.

“The Halloween Block Party is a fun-filled family event. The booths lining the streets around the Courthouse Square that are set up by various groups and businesses complete the festive atmosphere and bring a feeling of nostalgia to the evening,” said Sharon Marr, executive director of Mainstreet Cleveland.

Vendor applications are being accepted at the MainStreet Cleveland office through Oct. 15.

For more information call the MainStreet office at 479-1000 or visit www.mainstreetcleveland. com to download a vendor agreement.
