Charles Leon Farmer

Charles Leon Farmer, 81, of Etowah, went to be with the Lord peacefully on Friday, Jan. 21, 2022.

He was born on Dec. 5, 1940, in Cleveland, to the late Ulyss Farmer and Orphia Green Farmer.

Leon accepted Christ into his heart and life 16 years ago while residing at Etowah Health Care Center.

Left to cherish the many memories include his three sisters: Agnes (Ray) Tallant, Thelma (Gene) Padgett, and Teresa Jones.

A Celebration of Life graveside service was conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.

Arrangements are entrusted to Higgins Funeral Home of Benton.
