Jerry L. Adams, 76, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022, in a local hospital.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mitchell Adams; and his mother. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Joyce Adams.
He was a former employee with the state of Georgia in the Right of Way Department, cleaning and keeping clear rights of way by roads and powerlines. He was an avid CB’er and loved to camp.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Tommie Adams; daughter, Talena Jackson (Chris); sons: Jonathan and Jerry L. Jr. Adams; and also one grandchild.
The family will receive friends Monday, Jan. 17, 2022, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services, Wildwood Avenue Chapel.
