John Franklin Cline

John Franklin Cline, 72, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family.

He was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church, and had lived in this area for 40 years. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and was retired from Watts Bar Nuclear Plant where he worked as a reactor operator for TVA.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Victoria Rumage Cline; his parents, Edward and Sarah Cline; a sister, Mary Cline; and a brother, Edward Cline.

He is survived by two children, Michael Cline of Cleveland, and Laura Cline (Austin Allen) of Dallas, Texas; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

No services are planned at this time.
