Julie Ann Norton, 59, of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, Nov. 21, 2022, in Chattanooga.
She was born on May 9, 1963, to Buddy Norton and Hazel Prince, in Copperhill. Julie was of the Baptist faith and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, fishing, the outdoors, and doing crossword puzzles.
In addition to her parents, Julie was preceded in death by her husband, Mickey Kimsey; and sister, Ila Thomas.
She is survived by her loving son, DJ Smith; brother, Dusty Davenport; and grandchildren, Chole Smith and Aaron Smith.
A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.
