Linda Carson

Linda Carson, 71, of Cleveland, departed this life on Friday, Dec. 30, 2021, at Kindred Hospital in Chattanooga.

Born in November 1950 to the late Clarence and Annie Mae Woods, she was a native and lifelong resident of Bradley County.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gene Woods; and sisters: Imogene Morgan and Evelyn Geren.

Survivors include her loving husband, Dewey Carson III; children: Michael Warnack, Chris Crump Neil Haney, Mindy Carson and Rick Carson; sisters: Christine Howard and Glenda Crowden; brother, Bobby Woods; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.

Family and friends will meet at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022, at Chattanooga National Cemetery for the committal service, with Pastor Guinn Green officiating.
