Linda Joyce Goins Lipps

Linda Joyce Goins Lipps, 80, passed away peacefully at her home in Cleveland on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022.

A loving mother of the Christian faith, she retired from Big Lots where she was a customer service supervisor. She was an avid fan of the Tennessee Lady Vols and was active in pet rescue and adoption, as a longtime member of the SPCA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Jewel Howard Goins; and her three siblings, C.L. Goins, Francis Jenkins and Pauline Davis.

She is survived by her sons, Greg Lipps (Crystal) and Parrish Lipps (Reba), both of Cleveland; and two nieces, Sharon Lambert (Duane) and Alta Taylor, also of Cleveland.

Services will be held at a later date.
