Marvin Walker

Marvin Walker, 80, of Cleveland, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 27, 2023.

He was born on April 29, 1942, to the late Marvin B. and Teresia Walker. Marvin loved traveling and gambling at the casino. He enjoyed playing golf and was a founding member of the band, “Shadows.” Marvin was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his mother and father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ben Walker; and sister, Barbara Jo Wilson.

He leaves behind children, Marvin Walker Jr., Anthony Walker (Bonnie); grandchildren, Candace, Adam, Trevor and Brandon; and great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Cameron, Lillian and Oliver.

Marvin’s family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Companion Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 7 p.m.
