Teresa Carol Gray

Teresa Carol Gray, 68, of Georgetown, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023.

She was born on Dec. 23, 1954, to the late James and Bertha Mikel.

Carol loved doing arts and crafts, watching movies and spending time with family and friends around the fire.

In addition to her mother and father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Steven Taylor; brother-in-law, Lloyd Steven Green; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert L. Gray and Sara Frances Hatcher; maternal grandparents, Henry and Theresa Taylor; and paternal grandparents, Andy and Ada Mikel.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 38 years, Barry Gray; siblings, Mary Ann Owens (Larry), Wanda Green, Kenneth Mikel (Juanita) and Dewayne Mikel (Betty); sister-in-law, Kim O’Donald (Kevin); and her beloved cat, “Bam Bam.”

Carol’s family will receive friends from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023, at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 7 p.m. with Pastor Ronnie Ledford officiating.
